Some clients come to us for a single certification cohort and others engage us to design and embed a full performance management system across their organization.

Think of them as three lenses on the same problem. Balanced Scorecard certification teaches you to design a strategy management system that links vision to operations across financial, customer, process, and learning perspectives. KPI certification goes deeper on measurement and how to design, cascade, and track indicators that actually change behaviour. Strategy & Execution certification is the broader discipline: how to build a strategy, communicate it, and run the operating rhythms that make it stick.

Coaching is a structured, confidential relationship — usually six to twelve sessions over three to six months. We start with a chemistry call to make sure there’s a fit, then a discovery phase (often including a 360 assessment or stakeholder interviews), then regular sessions focused on the leader’s real challenges. Unlike training, coaching is one-to-one and built around your specific context, goals, and blind spots.

It depends on where you are. A typical engagement might include: a strategy diagnostic, facilitated leadership workshops to clarify direction, designing your strategy map and scorecard, building the strategy and cascading it through the organization and embedding the operating rhythms (strategy reviews, performance dialogues) that keep it alive. Engagements range from a focused 8-week sprint to a multi-quarter partnership. We scope every engagement specifically no two are identical.

Pricing depends on the service. Public certification cohorts have a fixed per-participant fee.
In-house programs and consulting engagements are scoped to the work.We provide a detailed
proposal after a discovery conversation. Coaching is priced per package (typically 6
sessions). We are transparent about pricing on the call and never quote until we understand
what you actually need.

Yes. Coaching conversations are strictly confidential between coach and coachee. We do notshare content with sponsors or HR without explicit agreement on what gets reported (typically themes and progress, not specifics). For consulting engagements, we operate under formal NDAs. We also adhere to International Coaching Federation ethics standards on confidentiality and conflict of interest.

Certification graduates join our alumni network and access to community forums. We also offer optional retainer arrangements for organizations that want ongoing access for follow-up questions or refresher sessions.
