Angela is the Founder and Managing Director of Coach Consult Ltd. She has over 26 years of experience in business management consulting. She is a seasoned Strategy and Organisational Performance Improvement Professional with experience in East Africa, Ghana, Zambia, Malawi and the United States. She partners with organisations to guide leaders and teams in co-creating, defining, and executing strategy — with a focus on measurable, clearly articulated outcomes that drive sustainable performance.
Angela understands the challenges organisations face in bridging the gap between strategy design and execution, especially in today’s dynamic and uncertain business environment. As an experienced facilitator and executive coach, I help individuals and organisations shift from untapped potential to impactful, results-driven transformation.
Her areas of expertise include strategic planning and execution, performance measurement and management, change management, and executive coaching — all aimed at empowering leaders to deliver meaningful and lasting results.
In previous years she worked as the Consulting Director at Balanced Scorecard Eastern Africa, where I led the delivery of strategy and performance management services across East Africa, Ghana, Ethiopia, and Zambia.
Before joining BSEA, she held the role of Associate Director at Deloitte Consulting East Africa, within the Strategy & Operations practice based in Nairobi. In this capacity, she was responsible for leading the delivery of strategy services for Deloitte’s clients in Kenya.
Between 2005 and 2006, she worked as a Manager with Deloitte Zambia, and subsequently with Chemonics International as a Business Process Re-Engineering Manager under the USAID-funded Millennium Challenge Account Threshold Program in Zambia. Her consulting career began at Deloitte Emerging Markets in Washington, D.C, where I started as an intern and later advanced to the role of Business Analyst.
